Tenancy design, networking, identity, and CI/CD pipelines on OCI — architected from compartments and IAM upward, not patched in production.
Oracle Partner Network memberCompartments, IAM domains, tagging, and budget controls modeled to Oracle's CIS Landing Zone reference. Future workloads slot into a designed home.
VCN topology, route tables, security lists, NSGs, FastConnect or VPN. Hub-and-spoke, multi-region, or transit routing when the workload warrants them.
IAM Identity Domains, federation to Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace, fine-grained policies, and privileged access workflows.
OCI DevOps Build and Deploy pipelines for Fusion Extensions, OIC flows, APEX apps, and container workloads. Repo to production with environment promotion.
OCI Monitoring, Logging, APM, and Cost Analysis. Cost alerts, drift detection, and per-team budget visibility.
Compute, OKE, Autonomous Database, Object Storage — provisioned through Terraform or OCI Resource Manager with reviewable changes.
Process
Existing tenancy, workloads, and constraints — or, if greenfield, the target operating model.
Landing zone, network, identity, and DevOps model written and reviewed before any compartment is created.
Iterative delivery. New workloads land in the designed structure; existing ones migrate on an agreed schedule.
Monitoring, cost reviews, security baselines, and quarterly architecture reviews under T&M, fixed-price, or managed-service.
Stack
A no-cost review of your existing tenancy — security posture, cost, network topology, and operational readiness. Findings and prioritized recommendations in a written report.
Landing zones, networks, and policies are designed and reviewed before any resource is created. No production sprawl to retrofit.
OCI CIS Landing Zone, Oracle SaaS Extension reference architecture, and Oracle Maximum Availability Architecture are starting points — not afterthoughts.
Tagging, compartment budgets, and cost dashboards in place before bills become a surprise.
Observability, runbooks, and on-call patterns delivered alongside the workload, not as a phase 2.
Yes, and that's a common starting point. We assess what's in place, propose a target structure, and stage the migration — moving high-risk workloads first while leaving stable ones untouched until their planned window. The free OCI Health Check is the cheapest way to start.
Yes, where it makes business sense. Migrations to OCI work cleanest when the workload is Oracle-database-heavy, when egress costs are the binding constraint, or when consolidating with an existing Fusion estate. We don't promote OCI as a cure-all.
Yes — under managed service or as a standalone engagement. Quarterly cost reviews, right-sizing recommendations, reserved-capacity strategy, and architectural changes where the cost-benefit warrants them.
Git-backed repos as source of truth, OCI DevOps pipelines for environment promotion (Dev → SIT → UAT → PROD), automated artifact builds, and environment-specific configuration injection. Manual gates exist where Oracle requires them; everything else is automated.
