A 30-minute call to confirm scope, environment access, and timing. The output is an engagement brief and an access requirements list.
Read-only IAM credentials are provisioned in your tenancy. We work in a contained compartment and do not modify any resource.
Architecture, security, cost, and operations are reviewed against Oracle reference patterns. Findings are logged with evidence.
Written report delivered. A 1-hour walkthrough with your team covers findings, priorities, and next steps.

All access is read-only. We do not modify resources, install agents, or run write operations during the Health Check. An NDA is in place before any credentials are issued.

That's a separate paid engagement. The Health Check ends with a prioritized report; whether we deliver the remediation, your internal team does, or another partner does is your call. We're happy to scope a remediation proposal as a follow-up — without obligation.
