Products · e-Invoicing Gateway
Generate, sign, transmit, and archive electronic invoices in the formats required by each country's tax authority — from Oracle Fusion Payables and Receivables, without the per-country project.
Overview
e-Invoicing Gateway makes Oracle Fusion compliant with country-specific electronic invoicing mandates. It transforms Fusion invoices into the required local format (XML, UBL, country-specific schemas), applies digital signatures, transmits to the tax authority's clearance system, and archives the compliant invoice with its acknowledgement. Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and other regional mandates are supported through a single integration.
Capabilities
XML, UBL, and country-specific schemas (Egypt ETA, Saudi ZATCA, UAE EmaraTax, and others). Updated as mandates change.
Manage signing certificates per legal entity. Apply XAdES or country-specific signatures as required.
Real-time and batch transmission to clearance systems. Handle approvals, rejections, and corrections.
Store the original Fusion invoice, the compliant format, the signature, and the authority acknowledgement together for the legally-required retention period.
Bidirectional integration with Oracle Fusion Payables and Receivables. Invoice numbers, statuses, and compliance flags reflected in Fusion screens.
Architecture
e-Invoicing Gateway is a managed integration layer between Oracle Fusion AP/AR and country tax authority systems. Oracle Fusion invoice data is transformed into the required country format, signed using stored certificates, transmitted to the authority, and archived. The product is currently delivered on Oracle Fusion, architected to extend to other ERPs whose invoice data can be mapped to the gateway's canonical model.

Audience
Operating across multiple countries with electronic invoicing mandates, needing one tool not a per-country project.
Don't want to retrofit Fusion for each country's evolving mandate; want the compliance layer external and managed.
Want one place to retrieve the compliant invoice, its signature, and the tax authority acknowledgement for any historical period.
Egypt (ETA), Saudi Arabia (ZATCA Phase 1 and Phase 2), and UAE (EmaraTax). New country support is delivered as a managed addition — typically 4–8 weeks per country, scoped per mandate complexity.
Country adapters are versioned and updated alongside regulatory changes. Updates are tested in pre-production environments before the production cutover window, with customer notification ahead of each change.
Currently delivered on Oracle Fusion. The architecture supports E-Business Suite or other ERPs through a canonical invoice model — assessed per engagement.
Stored encrypted in Oracle Vault, per legal entity. Certificate rotation and renewal are tracked with notifications ahead of expiry. Audit trail captures every signing event.
Archives are stored in Oracle Object Storage with retention policies aligned to each country's requirement (typically 5–10 years). Both the original Fusion invoice and the compliant format are retained, along with the tax authority acknowledgement.
