Oracle AI Agent Studio assistants, OCI Generative AI services, and document intelligence engineered to operate inside Fusion — not stitched on the side.
Oracle Partner Network memberDesign and deploy Agent Studio assistants that run inside Fusion HCM, ERP, and CX. Function-calling, grounding on enterprise data, and role-aware behavior.
Production deployments on OCI Generative AI with secure private inference, model selection, and cost guardrails. Bring your own embeddings.
Retrieval pipelines indexed against Oracle Object Storage, Autonomous Data Warehouse, OCI Vector Search, or third-party document stores. Citations preserved in every answer.
Invoice, contract, and form processing with Oracle Document Understanding or OCI Vision. Extracted fields land in Fusion modules via OIC.
Process orchestration combining OIC flows, AI calls, and human approvals. Built so AI augments the process — not replaces accountability.
Process
Frame the problem in business outcomes, not 'AI features.' We separate what an LLM should do from what should stay rules-based.
Where data lives, what can leave the tenancy, retention rules, and compliance constraints. The result is a clear architecture proposal.
A bounded, production-realistic pilot. Real data, real users, instrumented from day one.
Cost, latency, and quality monitoring. Prompt and grounding lifecycle. Handover to internal teams or our managed support.
Stack
Architectures keep enterprise data inside the Oracle perimeter. No third-party exfiltration as a side-effect of getting AI to work.
Token economics, caching, and model routing planned at design — not discovered after the first invoice.
Every AI output carries grounding citations. Compliance and audit teams see how a conclusion was reached.
Approval and escalation built in. AI proposes; people decide; the trail is captured.
No. Oracle AI Agent Studio and OCI Generative AI are the default when they fit, because they keep data inside your tenancy and integrate cleanly with Fusion. We use open-source orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and third-party models when a specific use case calls for them — declared up front, not by stealth.
Wherever you decide, before we start. For Oracle-native architectures, data and inference stay in your OCI tenancy. For hybrid architectures, data residency and transit boundaries are part of the architecture document we deliver before any build work begins.
Three layers: retrieval-grounded answers with citations, structured output validation, and human-in-the-loop approval for actions with real-world impact. We instrument output quality — false-positive and false-negative rates are part of the operational dashboard, not an afterthought.
Yes. They can call OIC flows, REST APIs, or Fusion's REST endpoints with role-aware permissions. Action-capable agents always run with explicit guardrails and audit logging.
Token usage and model cost are monitored alongside latency and quality. Where appropriate, we route easy queries to cheaper models and reserve premium models for hard cases. Caching, batching, and embedding reuse are part of the cost design.
