Four commitments behind every product.
All products are engineered on Oracle's stack — Fusion, OIC, APEX, VBCS, Autonomous Database — using Oracle's own patterns. Compatibility with Fusion releases and supportability against Oracle's roadmap are core design constraints, not afterthoughts.
SSO/OAuth2 via IAM Identity Domains, role-based access control, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logs across every state change. ISO-aligned SDLC and change management baked into the product, not the project.
Configuration over customization. Policies, rules, workflow steps, document types, and naming conventions are configurable — no source code changes to adapt the product to how your organization works.
Every product is backed by the same engineering team that builds it. Implementation, customization, and managed support delivered as one accountable team — not handed off to a third tier.
Today, all products are delivered on Oracle Fusion. The architecture of each product is designed to extend to other ERPs that expose the relevant APIs — Workday, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics — through a canonical data model and ERP-specific adapters. Non-Oracle support is scoped per engagement; it's a known extension path, not a commitment shipped by default.
AI is integrated where it adds measurable value, not as a feature for marketing. Common patterns: document understanding for invoice and form processing (e-Invoicing Gateway, Supplier Portal), anomaly detection on attendance and procurement events, and natural-language search across BoQ items and supplier records. AI features run on Oracle's AI services where the integration is cleanest, with explicit grounding and audit trail.
Subscription licensing — per registered entity, per active user, or per transaction depending on the product. Implementation is a separate engagement. We share indicative pricing during the discovery call and a firm quote with the proposal.
Yes. Implementation, customization, integration with adjacent systems, and managed support are all delivered by the same engineering team that builds the product. One accountable team across product and project.
Yes, through configuration first — policies, rules, workflows, document types, and naming conventions are configuration parameters, not code changes. Where genuine code extensions are needed, they're delivered as supported extensions within the product's roadmap, not one-off forks. Bespoke deviations from the product's supported extension points are flagged with their support implications during design.
In your Oracle Cloud Infrastructure tenancy, alongside your Fusion environment, unless you specifically require a different topology. Database, object storage, and signing certificates all live inside the perimeter you control. For multi-tenant SaaS deployment, we offer hosting in dedicated OCI tenancies under our operational control — agreed per engagement.
