Products · Supplier Portal

A supplier portal designed for Fusion procurement.

Self-service supplier onboarding, invoice submission, and payment visibility — integrated with Oracle Fusion Procurement and Payables. Suppliers see status; AP teams see clean documents.

Overview

What it does.

Supplier Portal gives your suppliers a self-service window into onboarding, purchase orders, invoice submission, and payment status. Suppliers update their own master data, acknowledge POs, submit invoices, and track payment — all from a branded portal. Behind the scenes, data flows to Oracle Fusion Procurement and Payables through governed integrations, with validation, document management, and audit trail in place.

Capabilities

Key capabilities.

Architecture

How it works.

Supplier Portal is a Visual Builder (VBCS) application that integrates with Oracle Fusion Procurement. Authentication runs through IAM Identity Domains, documents are stored in Oracle Object Storage, and bidirectional data flow with Fusion runs through Oracle Integration Cloud. Master data changes route through approval queues before updating Fusion. The product is currently delivered on Oracle Fusion, architected to extend to other procurement systems.

Frequently asked questions.

Do suppliers need an Oracle license?

No. Suppliers authenticate through your IAM Identity Domain (or a dedicated supplier domain) without consuming Fusion licenses. The portal is licensed per registered supplier or per active user, depending on the structure that fits the rollout.

How does it handle 3-way matching?

The portal validates submitted invoices against the PO and goods receipt records in Fusion before submission. Mismatches surface to the supplier with a reason; matched invoices flow through to Fusion Payables for routine processing.

Can we customize the supplier onboarding workflow?

Yes. Onboarding forms, document requirements, approval gates, and downstream Fusion master data mapping are all configuration — adjusted per supplier type, geography, or category.

Does it support electronic invoice formats?

Yes — PDF, structured XML, and country-specific e-invoicing formats. For country-specific tax compliance, the portal integrates with our e-Invoicing Gateway product where required.

How are sensitive supplier documents stored?

In Oracle Object Storage within your OCI tenancy, encrypted at rest with your KMS keys. Access is role-based; audit logs capture every document view and download.
