Products · Attendance Hub
Attendance Hub captures time and attendance from multiple devices, applies policy, and posts results to Oracle Fusion HCM — for accurate payroll without manual reconciliation.
Overview
Attendance Hub consolidates attendance data from biometric devices, mobile clock-ins, web punches, and shift scheduling systems. It applies attendance policies — grace periods, overtime rules, shift exceptions, leave integration — and posts processed attendance to Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Labor. Payroll reads clean data; HR sees real-time attendance dashboards; managers approve exceptions in one place.
Capabilities
Biometric devices (fingerprint, face, RFID), mobile apps (geofenced), web punches, and badge readers. Unified data model across sources.
Shift definitions, grace periods, overtime calculations, weekend and holiday rules, location-specific policies.
Posts processed time entries to Fusion HCM Time and Labor via Oracle Integration Cloud. Bidirectional integration with Absence Management.
Real-time attendance visibility, exception management, mobile approval of overtime and time corrections.
Mobile and web access to attendance history, missed-punch correction requests, and leave balances.
Audit trail for every adjustment, regulatory reports per jurisdiction, configurable for local labor law requirements.
Architecture
Attendance Hub ingests events from biometric devices, mobile apps, and web punches into a normalized time-event store. A policy engine applies shift rules, grace periods, and overtime calculations. Processed records post to Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Labor through Oracle Integration Cloud. The product is currently delivered on Oracle Fusion, architected to extend to other HCM systems.

Yes. Policies are configured per location and employee class. Overtime calculation, weekend treatment, holiday handling, and break enforcement are all policy parameters. We've configured for Egypt, GCC countries, and several global jurisdictions.
Yes — through mobile or web self-service, with manager approval workflow. Audit trail captures the original event, the correction request, and the approval.
Yes, bidirectionally. Absences in Fusion are reflected in attendance status; attendance exceptions can be classified as leave through the manager workflow.
Biometric templates are stored on-device, not in the application. Attendance events are encrypted in transit and at rest. Role-based access controls what each persona can see and adjust.
